01 Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using namit (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

02 The service

namit helps you turn an idea into a brand. It generates brandable names, checks domain and social-handle availability, lets you compare registrar prices, and can produce a brand identity kit. Results — including names, scores, availability and prices — are provided for your convenience and may change at any time.

03 Accounts & eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use namit. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password confidential and not share your account.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security breach.

04 Availability & registration

Domain and social-handle availability is checked live and can change between the moment it is displayed and the moment you attempt to register. We do not guarantee that any name, domain or handle shown as available will remain available.

Domain registration is completed through third-party registrars. Those purchases are subject to the registrar's own terms and pricing, and namit is not a party to that transaction. Registrar prices are set by each provider and may differ from amounts shown.

05 Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use namit for any unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Service.
• Generate or register names that infringe the trademarks or rights of others.
• Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Bypass usage limits, credits or access controls.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that any name you choose does not infringe a third party's trademark or other rights before you use it commercially.

06 Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design and branding, belongs to namit and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as permitted by these terms.

Your output. Names you choose and brand assets you generate are yours to use and own. You are responsible for clearing and registering any rights — such as trademarks and domains — needed to use them.

07 Plans & credits

namit offers a free plan with a set number of name credits and paid plans with additional features and credits. Credits and plan features may change over time. Paid plans renew on the cycle you select unless cancelled, and fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

08 Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We do not warrant that names, scores, availability data or value estimates are accurate, complete or suitable for any decision you make.

09 Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, namit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill or domains, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10 Termination

You may stop using namit and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to others or to namit. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers and limitation of liability — will continue to apply.

11 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which namit is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise. We may update these terms from time to time; the date at the top reflects the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
